The system allows you to search in many ways: product name, product category, reference, etc.
The advanced search will allow you to select from different ranges or criteria to make a more extensive search.
You can also visit our different categories and sub-categories to find the products you would like to purchase.
How do I purchase products?
First you must be registered and login using your userid and password. After that you can place your order from the online shopping cart, which will allow you to complete the purchase and pay for your order.
What are the shipping methods?
Your orders are shipped by UPS or are delivered directly to your door by your sales representative.
What are the delivery terms?
The delivery terms are shown in your shopping cart and printed on your purchase order. If the term changes, Mediterranean Diet Online will let you know the new terms; you will have the option to change your product or cancel your order from the web site.
What is the product guarantee?
If a delivered product is not in perfect conditions, Mediterranean Diet Online will ship a new product at no cost for the customer, if we receive notification of the damage within 24 hours after the delivery of the order.
